βI met Coach Sam at my old travel ball facility when he became my strength and conditioning coach. We only worked together for a fall and winter season.
Coach Sam became one of my role models almost instantly. Not only for he work ethic and drive to get better but how he treated others around him. Sam has helped me not only get faster and stronger but what it takes to be a better person. He set a foundation on how I run my workouts and how I prepare for my upcoming season. Iβm now a senior in high school and going on to play at college. Without a doubt in my mind Sam is one of the sole reason I am where I am. βPractice was always fun, challenging, and engaging. Coach Sam always brought a positive/competitive attitude to our training sessions. My experience with Coach Samuel was great and nothing like I have experienced before. He is a great man as well as a coach. He goes by step by step to tell you each drill and how to do them and he makes sure to go by each and everyone flow he doesn't let not one person fall behind or not understand what everyone is doing. He does different drills for different positions and he is great offensive coach and a defensive coach. He makes sure you learn something after each and every training day his drills are easy and simple but they help the most.
I'm a QB second year playing as that position, and I started going to him through one of my friends that have been going to him for a while and he let me in with open arms and treated me like he knew me for years. As a QB he had me work on feet drills, hip movement/mobility, throwing accuracy and wrist movement. I'm better than I ever was at that position. He will work with you in times of the day and days that you're able to show up. He is a great man and trainer.β
